2026-11-02 15:40:39 POP MART (09992.HK)'s 3Q26 results missed the already lowered expectations by HSBC Global Investment Research, owing to weaker-than-expected sales in China and the still sluggish but broadly in-line overseas sales. The broker lowered its 2026-28 earnings forecasts by 5-10%, maintained a Hold rating, and slashed its TP by about 7% from HKD124.4 to HKD115.6. After the fading of the hypergrowth momentum driven by Labubu, the company's transition from hypergrowth to more normalized growth will take longer, in the broker's view. There are few near-term earnings catalysts and limited visibility on a broader demand recovery, which is insufficient to support sustained rerating. ~ AASTOCKS Financial News Website: www.aastocks.com | |
