EUROEYES Changes CFO
2026-10-30 17:24:16 EUROEYES (01846.HK) announced that, due to his own plan of career development, Marcus Huascar Bracklo has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and will cease to act as an authorized representative for the purpose of Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective tomorrow (31 October). On the same date, he will be re-designated as a non-executive director.
