XIAOMI-W Pumps RMB1.7B in Battery Maker Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology
2026-10-30 15:40:04 SUNWODA (300207.SZ) announced that Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology, its new energy and power battery unit, introduced Hanxing Venture Capital Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of XIAOMI-W (01810.HK), as a shareholder. XIAOMI-W invested RMB1.7 billion in a capital increase for Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology, subscribing to RMB898 million in newly registered capital of Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology. Upon completion of the transaction, XIAOMI-W will hold a 5.34% equity stake in Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology. Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology will conduct a new board election.
