TENCENT USD4.5B Bond Issuance Marks Vibrant Demand, Oversubscribed by Approx. 2.44x
2026-10-13 16:25:29 TENCENT (00700.HK) plans to raise at least USD4.5 billion through USD and offshore RMB bond offerings, Reuters reported. According to an updated term sheet, orders reached USD15.5 billion, representing an oversubscription of about 2.44x. The bonds are expected to receive ratings of A1 from Moody's and A+ from S&P. JPMorgan (JPM.US), Goldman Sachs (GS.US), HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) and Morgan Stanley (MS.US) are serving as joint global coordinators for TENCENT's USD bond issuance.
