2026-10-13 10:39:23 Infinigence AI wrapped up a RMB2.3 billion Series C financing round, Chinese media reported. The company's aggregate fundraising reached RMB4.3 billion, with both single-round and cumulative financing amounts setting new records among China's independent AI infrastructure companies. The company, established in 2023, confidentially submitted an IPO application to HKEX (00388.HK), report told. Its pre-IPO valuation is approximately RMB14.3 billion, and it may go public as early as 1H27. As early as August, Infinigence AI inked a strategic cooperation agreement with MINIMAX-W (00100.HK).
