AGILE GROUP Leaps 11% at Midday Close as Winding-up Petition Hearing Adjourned to Dec 7
2026-10-12 12:18:27 Hong Kong High Court Judge Linda Chan adjourned the hearing of the winding-up petition against AGILE GROUP (03383.HK) to December 7, requesting the company to accelerate its restructuring timetable and submit more detailed reports and documents, Bloomberg reported. The petitioner sought an immediate winding-up order from the court, but AGILE GROUP requested more time to sign a restructuring support agreement with the offshore lender coordination committee. Chan questioned the company's reasons for requiring additional time, as the relevant terms had already been proposed for some time. AGILE GROUP's share price widened gains today (12th) after opening 0.52% higher, touching an intraday peak of HKD0.221.
