CN Reportedly to Resume Refined Oil Exports in Oct; Scale May Be Slightly Lower Than Sep

China reportedly approved exports of the above three fuel products totaling about 3.7 million tonnes in October, slightly lower than the more than 4 million tonnes exported in September.
