AliExpress Reportedly Tests VIP Membership Program with No Fees, Invitation-Only Access
2026-09-30 15:50:12 AliExpress, a subsidiary of BABA-W (09988.HK), is testing a VIP membership program that charges no membership fees but adopts an invitation-only model, open only to users who spend more than USD800 annually on the platform, The Information reported. Membership benefits reportedly include an additional 5% discount, 24-hour customer service and "worry-free returns". The program, named "Elite", is being piloted in the UK, Germany, Spain and Australia, and will expand to more European countries and South Korea next month, sources divulged.
