CHINA LIFE Plans to Invest Up to RMB4.5B to Establish Partnership Enterprise for AI and Semis Investments
2026-09-25 10:08:40 CHINA LIFE (02628.HK) announced that the company, CL Wuxi Fund and other investors intend to enter into a partnership agreement with CLCD, a subsidiary of controlling shareholder China Life Group, to establish a partnership enterprise. All partners plan to commit total capital contributions of no more than RMB6 billion, of which CHINA LIFE plans to contribute no more than RMB4.5 billion. The Partnership will align with policies promoting technological self-reliance and controllable industrial development. It will focus on investments in two key areas of technology innovation - artificial intelligence and semiconductors.
