MEITUAN-W's Keeta Drone Switches on Chung On Estate Route in Ma On Shan, Commences Regular Operations

The move signifies Keeta Drone's transition in Hong Kong from pilot projects in specific scenarios to scaled and regular operations. Through drone delivery, residents of the estate will be able to enjoy high-quality quick commerce services from the Hong Kong Science Park business district without being constrained by ground traffic conditions. Deliveries can arrive within minutes via direct flight routes, radically shortening delivery times. Drone delivery services have recently been integrated into Keeta as supplementary delivery capacity. Users can directly select products eligible for drone delivery when placing orders. Drones mainly handle cross-district orders that would otherwise require longer ground delivery times, forming a dual fulfillment network of "ground + low-altitude" operations together with couriers.
