CN Regulators Sign Agreement With KUAISHOU-W, MEITUAN-W, Taobao Instant Commerce and Other Platforms to Support Development of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households
2026-09-18 17:33:42 Under the guidance of the State Administration for Market Regulation of China, market regulation bureaus in seven provinces including Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Guangdong, Chongqing and Sichuan, together with the National Individual Industrial and Commercial Household Development Network, jointly signed the "Cooperation Framework Agreement on Promoting the Development of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" with eight platform companies including 1688, Douyin Life Services, KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK), MEITUAN-W (03690.HK), Taobao Instant Commerce, Taobao and Tmall Group (TTG), Xiaohongshu and Alipay. The agreement propounded that both parties will establish communication, consultation and work advancement mechanisms to generate more cooperative outcomes benefiting individual industrial and commercial households in areas including startup assistance, key cultivation, capability enhancement, digital empowerment and innovation demonstration.
