2026-09-18 15:41:40 During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, the scope of housing provident fund withdrawals and usage in China will be broadened, with withdrawal scenarios increasing from six to nine, Zhang Xuetao, director-general of the Department of Real Estate Market Supervision under China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD), said. Among them, commonly incurred household expenses such as home renovation and property management fees will be eligible for withdrawals.
