CMC REIT Expands Further with Acquisition Agreement for CM+U Hung Hom Student Residence
2026-08-31 13:00:40 CMC REIT (01503.HK) announced the signing of a share purchase agreement to acquire a new CM+U student accommodation property, a brand-new en-bloc building located in Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The transaction is based on an agreed value of the property of approximately HKD528.5 million.
