BYD Completes 10,000th Flash Charging Station
2026-08-28 15:05:07 BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) announced that its 10,000th flash charging station has officially commenced operation, making it the domestic operator with the largest number of self-built charging stations, the fastest to complete 10,000 charging stations, and the widest charging station coverage across China. Wang Junbao, General Manager of BYD's flash charging business, said the 10,000 flash charging stations cover 332 cities, including 4,228 "Dream Stations", fulfilling station construction wishes for 74,281 users. As of now, the total number of users of BYD's flash charging stations nationwide has exceeded 1.83 million, with users from other brands accounting for nearly one-third. BYD continues to accelerate the construction of its flash charging network and plans to complete its target of building 20,000 flash charging stations in China by the end of this year.
