2026-08-25 14:21:29 SHEIN-W (00625.HK) kicked off its Hong Kong IPO yesterday (24th), in pursuit of up to HKD13.8 billion, Reuters, citing sources, reported. The offering was already fully subscribed, mainly by existing shareholders, China-focused funds and multi-strategy funds. SHEIN plans to globally offer about 280 million Class B shares, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for about 10% and the international placing accounting for about 90%. The offer price ranges from HKD47.6 to HKD49.5 per share, with a board lot size of 100 shares and an entry fee of about HKD4,999.92. The subscription period started yesterday (24 August) and will close this Thursday (27 August). The company is expected to list on 1 September.
