CK ASSET: Impairment Assessment on HUI XIAN REIT of HKD6B
2026-08-13 17:00:10 CK ASSET (01113.HK) conducted an impairment assessment on its investment in HUI XIAN REIT (87001.HK), considering the latest annual distributions received and market value of Hui Xian REIT units. An impairment loss of HKD6.023 billion was determined based on an estimation of the present value of projected recoverable amounts. CK ASSET stated that the impairment was made because the market value of HUI XIAN REIT fund units was significantly below their book value.
