HK Planning Dept Raises No Objection to CK ASSET's Rezoning Application for Residential Use for Site in Fung Yuen, Tai Po
2026-08-13 12:00:00 Hong Kong's Planning Department raised no in-principle objection to CK ASSET (01113.HK)'s application to rezone a Comprehensive Development Area site in Fung Yuen, Tai Po, for residential use. The application will be formally reviewed by the Town Planning Board tomorrow (14th). The overall development plan may need to be handled separately, according to Planning Department documents. The eastern site may remain designated for recreational, sports or cultural and entertainment venue use, while the western site will be used for residential and retail development. The northern site includes the completed residential project Mont Vert and also involves third-party land, which may require separate regulatory arrangements. The application covers an area of approximately 342,900 square feet.
