Large-scale personal information processors may apply national online identity authentication public services, while the use of data labeling and identification technologies and personal information protection certification is encouraged to enhance the level of personal information protection. In addition, large-scale personal information processors handling personal information should follow the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and good faith, comply with laws and administrative regulations, and respect social ethics and moral standards. Large-scale personal information processors collecting personal information should adhere to the principle of minimum necessity, limited to what is required for providing products or services, and must not excessively collect personal information.
