2026-07-30 17:06:04 PCCW (00008.HK) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 2026, with loss narrowing to HKD276 million, compared with a loss of HKD445 million in the same period last year. LPS was HKD0.0357. The company declared an interim DPS of HKD0.0977, flat YoY. The group attributed the significant narrowing of loss to lower financing costs during the period, as well as increased contributions from associates and investments. Revenue for 1H26 was HKD20.204 billion, up 6.7% YoY. EBITDA increased 3% YoY to HKD6.182 billion. Among them, EBITDA of HKT-SS (06823.HK) rose 3% to HKD6.586 billion. Management said the group is reshaping workflows through AI applications to improve operational efficiency.
