BYD Li Yunfei: Wang Chuanfu Has No Direct Personal Investment in CXMT
2026-07-29 14:12:06 Regarding reports that BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) Chairman Wang Chuanfu personally participated in investments in CXMT (688825.SH), National Business Daily cited Li Yunfei, General Manager of the Brand and Public Relations Division at BYD, as saying that all investments made by BYD are directly conducted by BYD Company Limited. BYD does not manage third-party funds, nor does it manage personal funds of senior executives, Li said. Therefore, Wang does not have any direct personal investment in CXMT. Wang is the de facto controller, legal representative and beneficial owner of BYD Company, holding a 16.9% stake.
