SA SA INT'L Leases 3,000-sq-ft Duplex Shop on Peking Road at Monthly Rent of HKD280,000, 30% Below Previous Tenant
2026-07-24 15:09:19 SA SA INT'L (00178.HK) returned to Peking Road in Tsim Sha Tsui after six years, leasing a duplex shop of more than 3,000 square feet comprising Shop B on the ground floor and Shop A on the first floor of Universal Commercial Building, 65-69 Peking Road, at a monthly rent of HKD280,000, Land Registry records revealed. The rent is about 30% lower than that paid by the previous fashion retailer tenant. The previous tenant was GIORDANO INT'L (00709.HK), which had leased the shop for 27 years at a monthly rent of HKD400,000.
