CHINASOFT INT'L Leaps 28% in Afternoon After Inking Token Revenue-sharing and Joint Innovation Cooperation Agreement with Moonshot AI

The company announced at noon that it had signed a token revenue-sharing and joint innovation cooperation agreement with Moonshot AI, sending the stock sharply higher in the afternoon. The stock once peaked at HKD3.82. It last stood at HKD3.8, up 28.38%, with turnover swelling to 60.0454 million shares, involving HKD213 million. CHINASOFT INT'L announced that, recently, the Company has formally entered into a Token revenue-sharing and joint innovation cooperation agreement with Moonshot AI in respect of the Moonshot Program, which represents a key strategic step in the Company’s transformation into a high professional-value Token operator. The two parties will leverage their respective core strengths to carry out in-depth, all-round cooperation in Agentic AI for enterprise services, jointly bridging the last mile in the commercialisation of large models.
