CHINASOFT INT'L, Moonshot AI Ink Token Revenue-sharing and Joint Innovation Cooperation Agreement
2026-07-20 12:15:50 CHINASOFT INT'L (00354.HK) announced that, recently, the Company has formally entered into a Token revenue-sharing and joint innovation cooperation agreement with Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd. in respect of the Moonshot Program, which represents a key strategic step in the Company’s transformation into a high professional-value Token operator. The two parties will leverage their respective core strengths to carry out in-depth, all-round cooperation in Agentic AI for enterprise services, jointly bridging the last mile in the commercialisation of large models. The two parties will take Chinasoft’s self-developed enterprise intelligent operating system, the Allmeta platform, plus Moonshot AI’s K2.7 Code and K3 models and subsequent iterations as the core technology foundation, jointly advancing the innovation and scaled commercial deployment of enterprise-grade Agent technologies, products and solutions in industries such as energy and power and financial services. The two parties will jointly establish a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Innovation Laboratory, bringing together top industry experts and technology R&D forces to carry out the definition, R&D, delivery, refinement, testing and continuous iteration of enterprise-grade Agent products. The initial phase of cooperation will prioritise key industries such as energy and power, carrying out technological breakthroughs and scenario innovation around core business scenarios of these industries.
