HENDERSON LAND Fung Hau Chung: The Henderson's Occupancy Rate Reaches 95%; 70% of Phase 1 Space at Central Yards Leased
2026-07-10 15:13:16 HENDERSON LAND (00012.HK) Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Fung Hau Chung said The Henderson's occupancy rate reached 95%, unaffected by the weak commercial real estate market conditions in recent years, with hedge funds becoming a new source of tenants. He said leasing demand for Grade A office buildings rebounded in 1Q26, but was limited to premium projects in core Central locations. HENDERSON LAND's Phase 1 leasable project at the under-construction Central Yards in Central has already leased out 70% of its floor area.
