SKB BIO Places Shares at 8.5% Discount, Raises Net Proceeds of HKD2.7B+
2026-07-08 08:38:01 SKB BIO (06990.HK) announced a plan to place 5.838 million new H shares, representing approximately 2.44% of the enlarged issued share capital. The placing price is HKD470.2 per share, representing a discount of approximately 8.52% to the closing price on the last trading day.
