KUAISHOU-W Kling AI Receives Up to RMB20.4B+ Capital Injection From Investors Including BABA-W and TENCENT; Valuation at USD15B
2026-07-03 08:20:22 KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK) announced that Beijing Kling, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary that will hold Kling AI-related assets and businesses upon completion of the reorganization, received a total cash capital injection of approximately RMB13.824 billion (approximately USD2.028 billion) from 21 independent investors, Atypical Holdings (Party A) under independent non-executive director Lu Rong, and Shanghai Qishan Investment and Parallel Mars Investment (Party B) under TENCENT (00700.HK). The independent investors include BABA-W (09988.HK), ICBC (01398.HK), China Internet Investment Fund, CCB (00939.HK), BIDU-SW (09888.HK), HTSC (06886.HK) and CITIC SEC (06030.HK). The company will continue to indirectly hold approximately 68.33% equity interest in Beijing Kling, and Beijing Kling's financial results will continue to be consolidated into the company's financial statements.
