S Korea to End Purchase Subsidies for BYD Vehicles Starting Jul

South Korea's Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment stated that it launched the "Electric Vehicle Promotion Project Operator Selection" for the first time this year. A total of 35 companies applied and 27 were selected. Companies that were not selected will not be included in the vehicle purchase subsidy scheme.
