UNISOUND Forges ~RMB253M General Contracting Engineering Contract for Hangzhou Innovation HQ R&D Building
2026-06-30 12:22:46 UNISOUND (09678.HK) announced that the Company intends to develop Hangzhou into an R&D center for the Yangtze River Delta region, and construct the R&D building for the Unisound AI Chip Innovation Headquarters, with a focus on building a large-scale high-performance intelligent computing cluster to further improve the underlying computing power infrastructure for large model services. To facilitate the smooth completion of the Unisound AI Chip Innovation Headquarters Project, Unisound AI (as the principal), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, and Shuanglou Construction (as the general contractor) entered into the General Contracting Engineering Contract, which became effective on 30 June 2026.
