The Hong Kong public offering accounts for about 10% of the total, while the international placing represents about 90%. The offer price ranges from HKD3.05 to HKD3.59 per share. With a board lot size of 1,000 shares, the entry fee is approximately HKD3,626.21. The subscription period runs from today (June 30) to next Tuesday (July 7), with listing expected on July 10.
