ENVISION GREEN to Acquire Cloud Computing Services-Related Companies for Base Consideration of HKD2.2B
2026-06-30 10:03:39 ENVISION GREEN (01783.HK) entered into an agreement to acquire the entire equity interests in YV CLOUD Limited and Shanghai Yovole Cloud Calculation Co., Ltd., both wholly owned by Yovole Cayman, for a base consideration of HKD2.2 billion. The consideration will be satisfied by a combination of cash and 33.0579 million consideration shares. Upon completion, YV CLOUD Limited will become a wholly owned subsidiary of ENVISION GREEN. The 33.0579 million consideration shares to be issued as part of the consideration represent approximately 1.14% of the company’s issued share capital and approximately 1.13% of the enlarged issued share capital upon allotment and issuance of the consideration shares.
