2026-06-30 09:21:35 CCTC (06951.HK), an electronic ceramic materials and components manufacturer already listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange as THREE-CIRCLE (GROUP) (300408.SZ), announced details of its Hong Kong IPO. The company plans to offer 71.3643 million H shares globally, with approximately 10% allocated to the Hong Kong public offering and about 90% to the international placing. The maximum offer price is HKD100.3 per share. With a board lot size of 100 shares, the entry fee is approximately HKD10,131.16. The offer period runs from today (June 30) to next Monday (July 6), with listing expected next Thursday (July 9). Based on the maximum offer price of HKD100.3 per share, net proceeds are estimated at approximately HKD7.046 billion. For this H-share IPO, THREE-CIRCLE (GROUP) (300408.SZ) introduced 17 cornerstone investors, including Temasek; Alibaba Investment, a subsidiary of BABA-W (09988.HK); Huanghe Investment, a subsidiary of TENCENT (00700.HK); Manulife; Taikang Life, and among others.
