COUNTRY GARDEN: Expiry of Holding Period for Offshore Debt Restructuring
2026-06-29 17:33:55 COUNTRY GARDEN (02007.HK) announced that the Holding Period Expiry Date of the Offshore Debt Restructuring and the distribution of Trust Assets to the Unadmitted Scheme Creditors that have established their entitlements occurred today (29th). In accordance with the terms of the Debt Restructuring, if an Unadmitted Scheme Creditor fails to establish its entitlement to the Trust Assets in accordance with the terms of the Holding Period Trust Deed prior to the Bar Time, that Unadmitted Scheme Creditor’s rights under the Scheme shall be extinguished and that Unadmitted Scheme Creditor shall not be entitled to receive any New Notes Entitlement or MCB (B) Entitlement under the Scheme. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Holding Period Expiry Date, the legal and beneficial interests in any unvested Trust Assets held by the Holding Period Trustee shall be transferred to the Company and, where applicable, cancelled, and the relevant Unadmitted Scheme Creditors shall have no entitlement to such remaining Trust Assets or any rights or claims against the Company, the Holding Period Trustee or any person in respect thereto. ~ AASTOCKS Financial News Website: www.aastocks.com | |
