2026-06-29 15:22:30 CK ASSET (01113.HK) sold Flat 11, 15/F of 21 BORRETT ROAD (PHASE 2) in Mid-Levels through tender. With a saleable area of 2,193 sq ft, the project features a four-bedroom layout with two en suites and a storeroom. The transaction price exceeded HKD155 million, with a price of HKD71,000 per sq ft.
