The company announced that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form F-1 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with a proposed initial public offering and listing of American depositary shares (ADSs) representing its Class A ordinary shares in the United States, and has also submitted a filing in respect of such proposed overseas offering and listing to the relevant PRC regulatory authority in accordance with the applicable PRC laws and regulations. The number of ADSs to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
