FOSUN PHARMA Proposes Spin-off of Fosun Adgenvax for HK Main Board Listing

FOSUN INTL (00656.HK) and FOSUN PHARMA (02196.HK) announced that they have jointly submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange seeking approval for the spin-off of Fosun Adgenvax (Chengdu) Biopharmaceutical, a subsidiary of FOSUN PHARMA, for a separate listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The listing application was submitted on June 26.
