2026-06-29 09:22:52 Autonomous driving solution provider MOMENTA-W (06880.HK) announced details of its Hong Kong IPO, planning to offer 19.9384 million shares globally, with about 10% for the Hong Kong public offering and about 90% for the international placing. The offer price is set at HKD295.6 per share. With a board lot size of 20 shares, an entry fee of approximately HKD5,971.62. The offer period runs from today (June 29) to Friday (July 3), with listing expected on July 8. CICC and Deutsche Bank act as joint sponsors. The IPO introduced 14 cornerstone investors, including Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC, Fidelity International, BlackRock, Mercedes-Benz Group, Oaktree, BYD COMPANY (01211.HK), Franklin Templeton, Boyu Capital, GIGADEVICE (03986.HK) and others. The cornerstone investors committed nearly USD376 million in aggregate, subscribing for about 9.96 million offer shares, representing approximately 49.95% of the total offer shares. Based on the offer price of HKD295.6, the net proceeds are estimated at approximately HKD5.615 billion.
