MPFA Chairman Confident eMPF Fees to Fall to 20-25 bps; Other MPF Charges Under Review
2026-06-29 08:19:58 MPFA Chairman Ayesha Macpherson Lau published her blog post, expressing confidence that the eMPF fee could be further reduced to 20-25 bps in the future, which would be two-thirds lower than the average administration fee (58 bps) before eMPF was launched. MPFA is also reviewing potential reductions in other MPF fee components, such as member servicing fee and investment management fee, with the target of further lowering the overall MPF fee.
