BYD COMPANY Reportedly Sees Another Fatal Industrial Accident at Hungary Plant Construction Site

In February, a worker was killed in an accident while operating a crane at the site. Prior to this, BYD COMPANY Executive Vice President Stella Li dispelled allegations of labor abuse at the construction site, stressing that the company welcomes labor inspectors to conduct inspections. A worker was reportedly struck by a truck at the site and later died despite rescue efforts.
