Well Link Life Completes Issuance of USD200M 10-Yr Tier 2 Capital Bonds at 7.875% Coupon

Well Link Life Insurance announced that it successfully issued USD200 million 10-year (Non-callable 5-year) Tier 2 capital bonds in the international market. The Bonds have a coupon rate of 7.875%, and are rated BB+ by S&P / BB+ by Fitch.

The Joint Global Coordinators of the Bonds are CITIC Securities, J.P. Morgan, Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank and Guotai Junan International.
