Jack Ma's Yunfeng Reportedly Joins Stake in AI Application Software Developer Zhengyan Software

Beijing Zhengyan Software Co., Ltd. recently underwent industrial and commercial changes, Chinese news broke, citing Tianyancha data. Former shareholders Li Yanfeng and Hangzhou Jinshajiang Chuwei Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), among others, exited, while Shanghai Yunfeng Xinchuang Investment Management, under BABA-W (09988.HK) founder Jack Ma, was added as a new shareholder.

Li Yanfeng stepped down as legal representative, manager, chairman and person in charge of finance; Chen Rui succeeded as legal representative, manager and person in charge of finance; and Zhang Wei took over as chairman. Meanwhile, the registered capital increased from approximately RMB12.048 million to approximately RMB16.265 million.
