I-CABLE COMM Leapfrogs 30%+ on Proposed Name Change to 'CTF Media & Entertainment Limited'

It last posted at HK$0.072, up 30.91%, with trading volume surging to 30.22 million shares, amounting to HK$2.1281 million. I-CABLE COMM announced that the Board proposes to change the English name of the Company from “i-CABLE Communications Limited” to “CTF Media & Entertainment Limited” and the Chinese name of the Company from “有線寬頻通訊有限公司” to “周大福媒體娛樂有限公司”. The Board considered that the Proposed Change of Company Name can better reflect the Group’s business development and direction of future development, including but not limited to leveraging on the synergy with other members of the Chow Tai Fook group.
