KINGMAKER Sells Zhuhai Plant Property for RMB50M
2026-06-24 09:50:49 KINGMAKER (01170.HK) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Maystar Footwear Company Limited, as the vendor, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Zhuhai Ruiyuan Cultural Communications to dispose of the entire factory properties at whole of Blocks A, B and C, No. 1 Cuizhu Street, Cui Zhu Industrial Zone, Qianshan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, the PRC. The consideration for the transaction is RMB50 million. The company expects to record an estimated loss on disposal of approximately HKD430,000 from the transaction.
