Ningde Runpei New Energy (literal translation of "寧德潤培新能源") was recently founded, with a registered capital of RMB15.97 million, Chinese news broke, citing Qichacha data.

Its business scope includes solar power technology services; thermal production and supply; energy performance contracting; R&D of online energy metering technologies; and IoT technology R&D.

Equity penetration data revealed that the company is wholly owned by Contemporary Green Energy, a subsidiary of CATL (03750.HK).
