Ant Completes Board Reshuffle; He Xiaopeng, Bai Chong癒礎en Appointed Independent Directors

Bai Chong’en, Dean of the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University; He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of XPENG-W (09868.HK); and Patrick Tsang, former CEO of Deloitte China, have been appointed as new independent directors. Laura Cha, former Chairman of HKEX (00388.HK), and renowned AI scholar Zhang Hongjiang, will remain on the board.
