NEW WORLD DEV Launches 28 Units at 'PAVILIA ROSA' in Kowloon Tong
2026-06-12 15:56:41 NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK)'s "PAVILIA ROSA" project in Kowloon Tong today (12th) launched 28 units via price list, including three one-bedroom units and 25 two-bedroom units. Discounted selling prices range from HKD9.497 million to HKD19.061 million, with discounted price per sq ft ranging from HKD29,665 to HKD36,123. Sammy Po, Senior Director at Midland Realty, said the earlier tender sales of the project received an encouraging response. Pricing for this batch is in line with the market. Coupled with the persistent improvement in overall property market sentiment, sales are expected to remain steady. He estimated that about 80% of buyers will be end-users, while around 20% will be investors planning to lease out the units.
