XIAOMI-W Launches and Open-Sources Exploratory AI Coding Assistant MiMoCode
2026-06-11 10:22:43 XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) announced the official launch and open-sourcing of its exploratory AI coding assistant, "MiMoCode V0.1.0", which runs on-device. The tool is developed based on the open-source project OpenCode and is released under the MIT license, aiming to build a self-evolving AI teammate that collaborates and optimizes with model Agents. The coding assistant comes with a limited-time free multimodal model, MiMo-V2.5, with performance comparable to Claude Sonnet 4.6. It also supports integration with mainstream models such as DeepSeek, Kimi and GLM, as well as third-party Token Plans. In addition, it features a built-in persistent memory system and unlimited context capability.
