ZXMOTO: IPO Should Follow Natural Course

Regarding whether ZXMOTO has plans to enter the capital market, Chairman Zhang Xue responded that an IPO should follow its natural course.

In July 2024, ZXMOTO obtained an investment of RMB20 million from Focus Capital, which took an approximately 9.17% stake, public information showed.

In January 2026, the company also completed a Series A financing round of RMB90 million led by Zhejiang Venture Capital, with a post-money valuation reaching RMB1.09 billion.
