AOM INT'L Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Yaluyun on M&A Restructuring and In-depth Capital Collaboration
2026-06-11 09:37:41 AOM INT'L (00381.HK) announced that the Company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Yaluyun (Shanghai) Enterprise Management. The agreement concerns the establishment of a comprehensive, in-depth and stable strategic partnership between the two parties leveraging their respective strengths. The cooperation will focus on corporate M&A and restructuring, in-depth capital cooperation and other areas to deliver synergistic value growth for both parties. Yaluyun will provide the Company with comprehensive capital market services. The two parties will jointly launch or participate in industrial investment and private equity investment and financing projects, conduct cross-border capital linkage, and open up domestic and overseas capital channels.
