Trump Says He 'Loves' Inflation; Oil Prices to Ebb After Iran War Ends

US President Donald Trump appeared to welcome inflation exceeding 4%, saying he "loves" inflation, and reiterated his belief that oil prices will return to previous levels once the Iran war ends.

Trump said the Iran war is a war taken through a detour and described it as a national security issue, as Iran has shut down key shipping routes, shoring up prices of gasoline, fertilizers and other commodities, thereby intensifying inflation.
