CHINASOFT INT'L Inks RMB1B High-end AI Computing Equipment Sales Agreements
2026-06-10 08:43:10 CHINASOFT INT'L (00354.HK) announced that, to promote the exploration of the Group’s high-value Token operation business model and strategic transformation, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Chinasoft International Information Technology Co., Ltd., recently entered into sales agreements for high-end AI computing power equipment with several independent third-party customers. Pursuant to the Agreements, the Group will supply high-end AI computing power equipment and supporting resources to the customer, with a total contract amount of approximately RMB1 billion. The relevant equipment will mainly be applied in the customer’s artificial intelligence research and development, high-performance computing and AI computing power infrastructure construction scenarios.
